At Strobes N' More, we want you to feel as bright as our collection, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn fashion items with original tags. We strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless, providing easy solutions if your new outfit isn't a perfect fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
